Global Initiative for Minorities and Children (GIMC) is a Somali No-profit, non-governmental Local NGO led by Women and founded in Mogadishu in 2018 with dedication to protecting, empowering, and advancing the rights and well-being of marginalized minority communities and children in Somalia.
GIMC is legally registered at the Somali federal Government and South West State Member of Somalia.
GIMC works to promote social inclusion, child protection, equitable access to essential services, and sustainable development opportunities for populations that face discrimination, exclusion, poverty, displacement, and limited access to justice.
